I want to block a package from installing on specific computers, how can that be done with an installation rule?

Is it as simple as creating rules for what the package can install on?

The customer sent us more information. The computers he does NOT want to install on use naming convention "BUCK*". They also have IP addresses in range 10.1.2.*. He could use either of the following configuration group rulesets to get the computers that do not have those characteristics.

NOT ComputerName MATCHES "BUCK*"

-or-

NOT IPAddress MATCHES "10.1.2.*"
