Now I am having a problem about client installation.

When I try to install client, I got the error messsage "could not create a temporary copy of the subscription information".

This issue started to happen recently.

Before I could install client software correctly.

The Prism server and Client which had been installed before is working fine now.

Do you have any advice about this?

We would like to have more information about the problem:

What version of the Prism client are you trying to install?

What version (if any) of the Prism client already exists on the target computer?

What method are you using to install the client, direct through Console, or subscription file?

What OS is the target system?

When a subscription file runs, it makes a temporary copy of itself in the user's temp directory. Users must have write rights to this directory, or they will get the error you're seeing: "Could not create a temporary copy of the subscription information."

On XP systems, for example, the user's temporary folder is by default C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temp.
