Is there a way in asset manager that I can make a report that will:

1) find all entries with the same MAC address (and just show those entries)

and

2) find all entries that haven't polled in the last xx months

I was thinking such a report would really help narrow down PCs that have been renamed (or reinstalled) and PCs that are no longer on the network.

In the Console, go to the Managed tab and make sure that the Members sub-tab is selected. Right click on the column headers (Name, Status, etc.) and choose More Fields. Drag MAC Address to the column header bar. The Last Poll column should be visible by default, but if it is not, add it using the same method. Now you should be able to sort via either column to see which machine Names are using the same MAC Address and/or which machines haven't polled in x number of days.

Note: the Computer Status Report can be used to get the same information.
