When I install a package that was captured on a 32-bit OS onto a 64-bit OS, the files properly find the 'program files (x86)' variable location, but the shortcuts don't, so they break since they are pointing to the 'program files' folder. Any way around this?

This is a known bug that we have with some 64 bit operating systems.  You will need to build the package on a 64 bit client for this to work.

Hello,
I can see that this matter still is there in version 10.5 released two weeks ago.
Any idea when this problem will be addressed? For us with hundreds and hundreds of software packages it will be extremely time consuming to repackage software just because of shortcuts.

Also, it seems impossible to edit links captured on x64? All fields are grayed out, I can not read or change target, working dir, parameters etc.

This is still being worked on and should be released in the next stealth release.  I can't say for sure when that release will be, but I do know that it is coming most likely within the next few weeks.
