| I'm having trouble with scheduling tasks within the Prism Console. If I assign a task to install at a certain time it never pushes. If I assign a task to run as soon as possible it runs fine. Is there extra configuration that needs to be done for a scheduled task to run? |

| Depending on what version of Prism Suite you have your polling interval might effect when a scheduled task would run. For instance if you have a 10 minute polling interval and your last poll was at 9:55 AM, but your scheduled task is set to run at 10:00 AM, the task won't actually run till the next polling interval which would be 10:05 AM.
Version 10 (our current release version is 10.5.0.86) we actually are better at hitting the 10:00 AM scheduled time, but you would need to assign the task before "some polling interval" prior to 10:00 AM. Using the example above you'd have had to assign the task prior to 9:55 AM, so the client would be aware you wanted a task to run at 10:00 AM.
Another aspect to "tasks" to take into consideration maybe if you are trying to run scheduled tasks even if the Client PC is unattended. You would need to change the properties of the task to allow the unattended install of the task itself. Also, if the task has run before in anyway even for testing purposes, you might have to use the Reinstall option versus the Install option.
