Error: “There are insufficient licenses” when adding a Managed computer
The information in this article applies to Prism Deploy and Prism Asset Manager versions 7.0, 7.0.1 and 7.0.2.
Problem: When you add a computer to your Channel, you may receive the error message "There are insufficient licenses. Please contact New Boundary Technologies."
Explanation: This is a known issue that will be addressed in a maintenance release. It is caused by having an unequal number of Prism Deploy vs. Prism Asset Manager licenses installed. The computer you are trying to add will still receive a license for whatever product has an available license.
